Kindle priced to go

Is it just me or is the price of Amazon’s Kindle driving competition down with its affordable prices? We all know the reality of cheap Chinese knockoffs flooding the market, from iPods to iPads and iPhones, so was Amazon thinking in hindsight making their best seller that cheap so as to not make it worthwhile for anyone else to even want to buy knockoffs?

Whatever the reason or madness behind their decision is, I’m not complaining. It’s refreshing to see a decent product selling at an affordable price, unlike the hefty iPad which reaches an absurd $500 for their entry level product, not to mention the ridiculous prices iPhones and iPods go for these days.

I for one will continue to support companies who take the needs and abilities of their consumers into account, and will gladly spend my dollars supporting them and being a loyal customer.
